Emma Howard has been a proud resident of South Florida for over 30 years. Throughout that time, she has actively contributed to her community through volunteer work with various organizations. Most recently, she has dedicated her time to mentoring young women at a local high school, helping to guide and inspire the next generation.
Professionally, Emma serves as Senior Vice President at Renaissance Benefits, bringing extensive experience in operations and leadership. She holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belt and a Project Management Professional (PMP), a designation she has maintained since 2008.
