Born in Trinidad and Tobago, Tricia Williams resides in West Palm Beach, FL with her husband and two boys, whom they are raising to be ‘good citizens of the world.’ She has been in the non-profit sector for nine years, the Area Director of Best Buddies in Palm Beach since 2018, and was awarded Area Director of the Year in 2022.
She is a member of the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion for Best Buddies International as well as the South Florida Inclusion Support Team for Boynton Beach, FL. Her goal is to create a better world, starting with her workplace. She came to Best Buddies because she genuinely believes that we don’t have to look for a cure; we are the cure for inclusion.
